If you and a group of friends or family members make a decision to live healthier, Balance by Total U will customize group exercise sessions for optimal results.  Often group exercise sessions are only designed for one specific level of ability.  At Balance by Total U, we know that people of different ages, body types, and varying abilities all may have and common goal of living healthier, and we tailor our workout sessions to meet individual needs collectively.  Our group exercise opportunities are vast.
